You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey.
When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond.
Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items, if you like. You should have access to this survey link available on your email. If you cannot see it in your Inbox, please check your spam.
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page.
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at [email protected].

Wow! What a year this has been. Reality beats the wildest dream Thanks to all of you for this specific dream which had turned to a wide flowing reality. Moving spiraling water has become a known concept for more than a million people. We are receiving offers from dozens of restaurants, distributors and hotels around the globe. Plenty of comments and messages keep pouring in our inbox giving us that extra smile and encouragement to keep walking our path. And not to forget your amazing support - the true Water Pioneers!
So the pledge phase is completed, all payments have been processed and we are fervently working on production in order to deliver you the best product as swiftly as possible.
In the upcoming weeks look out for the Backers Kit we will be sending in it you will have the opportunity for the fun bit of choosing the base color, cap style, filling in your current mailing address and chance to choose additional products to your heart's desire. You’re also supporting our first step in bringing the water revolution, MAYU Stream is the first drop in a line of products we’re developing in order to bring the natural water cycle back home. Creating water that is clean from toxins, rich with essential elements and tastes great. without the plastic waste How can you create great water? -Take a cue from nature - (Purify > Aerate > Mineralize)
Throughout our journey sharing the vision of MAYU, every time we presented the aeration stage, and let people drink from it we got the same reaction. "Wow, I want to buy this!" There’s something about the swirling motion looks and taste that just feels right. When we started to read more about the effects of aeration we were surprised to find it is a well-known treatment with proven results. Due to the success of the campaign, we've also managed to expand the MAYU Mineral Blend pilot in Israel. That means that we're ahead of our schedule, and the Beta phase in other countries may open sooner than we've expected.
